Article Title:Spirituality in the therapy process

Abstract:
The premise of this paper is that an individual Must have it clear sense of personal meaning to experience a productive and peaceful life and that the therapy process is not complete until each client has integrated a belief system that gives her a framework for understanding the purpose of her life. Terms used ill this paper to explore this very nebulous and difficult Subject are defined to give a common vocabulary. A composite case Study is presented to Illustrate the experiences of women who have had varying degrees of connection with religion and who are having difficulties in their lives due to their present connection, or lack of connection, to a coherent framework for being. Therapeutic interventions will be presented to help feminist therapists aid women in their journey to define their place in the world.
